Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you have given us, provided we are able to deliver to the country of your choice.
Please take into account that Aariya reserves the right, at its discretion, to refuse an order, in particular when our products may not be sent to a specific country due to logistic or legal reasons.
Aariya will endeavour its best efforts to process your order as soon as possible. Delivery times depend on the delivery address and the availability of our products, as well as requirements of the local custom duties. We will keep you informed of the status of our shipment and any unforeseen delay.
As some of our products are manufactured on demand, this may affect the delivery time of your order. Please note that in some cases, deliveries can take more than 30 days and you will be informed accordingly.
In case the delivery by the carrier selected by Aariya requires an appointment, said carrier will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a delivery time. Aariya is not responsible in case of delivery delay due exclusively to the unavailability of the client despite several appointment times have been proposed by the carrier.
We require the collection of your signature or the one of designated person as representative to confirm the receipt of the product delivery, at which point responsibility of the purchased product passes on to you.
In case of impossibility to deliver your order, the goods will be returned Aariya. You will have to bear any additional transport costs, as well as any other costs linked to a new delivery attempt.
You (or designated person as representative) are required to verify the quantity and condition of your product on delivery. Please inform the carrier immediately when receiving your order in case of apparent breakage or visible defects or damages to the package or to the product. Please also notify our team immediately (within 24 hours from reception) at the following address: Aariya Ltd 5 Warstone Lane, Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham B18 6JE.
For the avoidance of doubt Jewellery that has been specially commissioned for you will be non-refundable, there will have been multiple points throughout where you will have had to approve designs.
Engraved items – Any jewellery that had engraving carried out will be non-returnable. This is personal to you and the item cannot be re-sold.
Worn or Damaged Items – Any jewellery that has been clearly worn or has suffered damage whatever that maybe while in your possession.
All bespoke, made to order and engraved items are non-refundable. A credit note or an exchange (of equivalent value) is strictly at the stores' discretion.
A 14 day return policy applies to ready made items providing that the item is returned in its original condition. It should be returned in its original packaging together with all of the accompanying documents.
We will carry out a complete and strict examination of the condition of the returned product and will refuse any product showing any sign of wear and tear or modification from its original condition and must be in a perfect condition for resale.
If you wish to return as item (subject to the condition requirement above) you must follow the following steps:
a) Notify us by e-mail email@example.com within 14 calendar days of receipt of the products.
b) Within another period of 14 calendar days of your email, return the ordered product in its original and complete packaging by courier to the following address: Aariya Ltd 5 Warstone Lane, Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham B18 6JE. Please note your item must be returned with a reputable courier/delivery service and the item must have tracking details and must be signed for on delivery to us.
c) Aariya products must be returned in their original condition in a new, unused and perfect state, with all protection, tags and stickers attached to them, with the original box and delivery package, including all accessories and documentation. Aariya will refuse returns if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.
d) The cost of returning the product may vary depending on the country of return. It can in principle be estimated on the carrier’s site according to the weight and dimensions of the package. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods and must insure the product for the return shipping (for the correct value). Aariya will not be responsible for any loss or damage while the item is in transit back to us.
Email us the date of postage along with the parcels tracking number so we can track your parcel.
Please refrain from addressing the parcel with the word ‘Diamond’ being mentioned
We will proceed with the refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned item provided all conditions for refund are strictly met.
The refund will be made on the same payment method as the one chosen for the initial transaction and we will deduct from the paid price the cost of the first shipping to your delivery address.
Aariya rejects any liability for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as force majeure (epidemics, traffic congestion, extreme weather conditions or the holding of goods by customs authorities). Such events do not entitle the client to withdraw from the purchase contract or to claim compensation from Aariya for the damage caused.
We offer our jewellery for sale on our Site within the limits of our available stocks. We kindly invite you to contact us for any information about our products and their availability.
Photos and texts illustrating and describing the products that are displayed on the Site are non-contractual and for information purposes only. Aariya assumes no responsibility for any errors or omissions in the photos or texts appearing on the Site.
All prices displayed on the product pages of the Site include UK VAT and shipping costs to the UK only.
When you order a product, the final price of your product will be displayed on the check-out page. You agree with the indicated price by purchasing our product.
Tax and customs duties outside of the UK are not included in the price displayed online and are to be paid by the client, unless stated otherwise.
If the online payment system is selected, payment methods will be indicated on the Site. The purchase is concluded once you have received the payment confirmation.
Our products remain the property of Aariya until the full purchase amount has been paid by the client or credit provider. The responsibility for the Aariya products passes to the client when the carrier delivers the package or when the carrier hands the package over to the recipient or in respect of in store purchases, the moment the item is physically handed to the recipient.
