Lab-grown diamonds have become a considered choice for many couples, and we are always happy to talk them through. At Aariya Diamonds you can see lab-grown and natural diamonds side by side at either of our boutiques: on Warstone Lane in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter, or on Ashley Road in Hale, close to Altrincham and within easy reach of Manchester.
What is a lab-grown diamond?
A lab-grown diamond is a real diamond, created in a controlled environment rather than formed deep within the earth. It shares the same crystal structure as a natural diamond, and is graded in the same way for cut, colour, clarity and carat. To the eye, the two look the same; the difference lies in their origin.
Neither is the "right" answer. Some people are drawn to the rarity and story of a natural stone, while others love that a lab-grown diamond can open up a different balance of size and quality. We will explain both honestly, without pressure, so you can choose what matters most to you.

Lab-grown engagement rings, handcrafted in Birmingham
Choose a lab-grown diamond for any of our engagement rings, from round and oval to emerald, pear and radiant shapes, or for an eternity ring. Every ring is handcrafted in our Birmingham workshop, and our in-house designer can sketch and develop a bespoke design in CAD so you can see every detail first.
Our engagement rings are made to order: most are ready within 7 to 10 days, and some designs take 3 to 4 weeks. A deposit can secure your order.
