Online orders can be returned within 14 days for a full refund of the item price; the original delivery charge isn't refunded. Items must be brand new and unworn, and return postage is paid by the customer. Bespoke, made-to-order and engraved pieces can't be returned. In-store purchases can be exchanged or credited. Every piece comes with a warranty card. For care, resizing or repairs, contact either boutique.

UK delivery is free, insured and signed for. Most pieces are made to order in 7–10 days, and heavier diamond sets can take 3–4 weeks. International delivery is £35, free over £800.
